Overview of the Issues page in ActivateOS OS provider. This page presents a comprehensive view of existing equipment issues, allows new issue creation, and enables taking action on issues.
Filtering and Reviewing Issues
Open the Issues page in ActivateOS OS provider to see the issues your customer sees.
Utilize the filters to distinguish between unresolved and resolved issues, filter by issue status, issue type, or who the issue is assigned to. You can also create equipment issues for your customer from the issue page.
This page offers similar basic capabilities as the fleet owner solution, with a few differences and restrictions.
You can see consolidated issues (just like the fleet owner)
You can see media related to the issues, just as fleet owners do.
You can see the red indicators signaling issues that have led to down assets.
Taking Action on Issues
To act on an issue, click on the assignment icon.
Fill out the form, provide an estimate if desired, and either create an opportunity for tracking and awaiting customer approval, or create a service ticket to start working if approval has already been obtained.
Note: Some fleet owners may restrict which equipment you can track issues on, typically relating to rented assets. Apart from this, you'll have a full set of tools to manage issues with your customer.
