Overview of how to add a photo to an issue in the mobile app. Also covered is how to annotate that photo. The photo process is the same when adding to an inspection.
This tutorial will show you how to add a photo to an issue on ActivateOS. Let's quickly create an issue.
To add a photo, simply tap on the camera icon.
You will be prompted to choose whether you want to take a picture, record a video, or select from your photo library.
For this example, I will take a picture of a seatbelt. This will open your phone's camera. Capture the photo by pressing the white shutter icon.
If desired, you can edit the photo by tapping on the image above the word "done".
From here, you can select the paintbrush tool to draw on the photo and indicate why the repair is needed.
Once you are done drawing, tap on save. To exit this view, tap on the back button at the top of the screen.
You can add additional photos if needed, but it is not necessary. When you are finished, tap on done to exit the camera screen.
At the bottom of the screen, you will see that a photo with your drawing has been attached to the issue.
Now, proceed to complete your issue as usual.
