Report an Issue (Web)

Equipment issues can be added in many different ways. Sometimes it is easier to add the issue via the website vs. the mobile app.

 

Step 1: This tutorial shows how to add an issue via the website. To start, let's navigate to the equipment page.

Step 2: On the equipment page, find the asset you're reporting an issue for. I'm gonna look at a telehandler in this example.

Step 3: Simply click once on the line of the asset you're interested in adding an issue for. Select this green icon (if I hover over it, it says create issue).

Step 4: Classify the problem. In this example I will select powertrain, then I am going select tires.

Step 5: Please write a description of the issue.

Step 6: Indicate if the machine is still safe to run or if you need to take it down.

Step 7: If you have any media you want to add, you can select the add media button.

Step 8: After the photo is attached, hit save. That's the whole process to add an issue to a piece of equipment on the website.
