Changing Inspection Lead and/or Location

This article will guide you through the process of updating the inspection assignment or location in ActivateOS. Follow the steps below to make the necessary changes.

Step 1:

Locate the inspection in your queue and click on the "change" link. If the link is not available, please contact help@theactivatecompany.com for assistance.

Step 2:

In the "assign to" section, click on the "change" link.

Step 3:

You will now be able to change the assigned person.

Step 4:

If needed, you can also change the branch location for this inspection.

Step 5:

To update the due date, click on the calendar icon and select the desired date.

Step 6:

Once you have made all the necessary changes, click on the "save" button.

After saving, you will see a green bar indicating that the appraisal has been successfully saved. This confirms that your changes have been updated in the system.
