Dismiss an Issue

Process to dismiss an issue. Please note that you can't undo this step. It is recommended that you only use this for items that are not truly issues. If you have a duplicate issue, we'd recommend you use the procedure to combine duplicate issues.

Step 1: Accessing the Issues Page

1. Open ActivateOS and navigate to the issues page.

2. Look for the status column on the issues page.

 

Step 2: Dismissing the Issue

1. Check the box next to the issue that you want to dismiss.

2. In the options menu, select the "Dismissed" option.

3. A warning message will appear, informing you that dismissing the issue is irreversible. Make sure you truly want to dismiss the issue.

4. If you are certain about dismissing the issue, click "OK" to proceed.
