In this tutorial, you'll learn how to end an asset schedule and optionally reassign it.
Step 1: Identify the asset you wish to end the schedule for and click on that row.
Step 2: This action opens the equipment drawer. From here, navigate to the asset schedule section.
Step 3: Hover over the schedule you wish to end and click on the call off button.
Step 4: A modal will open, prompting you to indicate the date the asset was called off.
Step 5: If needed, you can adjust the date to something earlier than today.
Step 6: You have the option to add comments. If you're not reassigning the asset, simply select call off. If you're reassigning it, select call off and reassign. This takes you to the new schedule form.
Step 7: Fill out the new schedule form in the same manner as when you originally created the asset schedule.
Note: The dispatch date is a required field.
Step 8: Once you've filled out the form, click save schedule.
Upon saving, you'll see the new schedule has been created. If you need to review or edit any of the completed schedules, you'll find them in the completed section.
