Quickly spot equipment in Activate that still needs a Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule with these easy steps. This guide shows exactly how the process works onscreen, so you won't miss a thing when setting up or reviewing your PM plans.
Step 1: Go to the Equipment page in Activate. This is where you'll find a list of all assets tracked in your system.
Step 2: Hit the plus filters button on the top right to access advanced filter options.
Step 3: Use the advanced filters to find equipment missing a meter-based PM. Select Meter Based Maintenance as your filter category.
Step 4: Set the filter to no to display assets without a meter-based PM schedule.
Step 5: Click Apply to update the equipment list and view only those without a meter-based PM.
The list of equipment that is returned will be all assets that do not have a meter-based PM setup.
Step 6: Pick a row from the filtered list to review a specific piece of equipment.
Step 7: In the equipment drawer that opens, click on the Maintenance section. Here, you’ll see that meter-based maintenance isn't set for this asset.
This same process can be completed for time-based Maintenance as well.
