Inspection Notifications

After successfully creating an inspection in ActivateOS, this article will guide you through the next steps and explain the notifications that are sent to you and your service technician.

 

Step 1: Confirmation of Inspection Creation

1. Once you create the inspection, you will be immediately taken to your homepage in ActivateOS.

3. On the homepage, you will see a green banner at the top of the page.

4. The green banner will display a message confirming that the inspection has been created successfully.

5. Additionally, you will have the option to e-mail a notification to your customer.

Step 2: Email Notification to Service Technician

1. After the inspection is created, your assigned service technician will receive an email notification.

2. The email will inform the service technician that an inspection has been assigned to them.

3. This notification ensures that your service technician is aware of the new inspection and can take appropriate action.

By following these steps, you can easily navigate through the post-inspection creation process in ActivateOS. The green banner on your homepage confirms the successful creation of the inspection, and the email notification sent to your service technician ensures they are informed about their new assignment.
