How to use the jobsites filter to change which equipment you are viewing in the system

ActivateOS provides a jobsites filter feature that allows you to easily view equipment associated with specific jobsites. This article will guide you through the steps to use the jobsites filter within the system.

 

Step 1: Accessing the Jobsites Filter

The jobsites filter is located next to your name. It displays the current jobsite you are viewing. For example, in the screenshot below, it shows "Adams Mill Expansion". This filter applies to the dashboard and all other pages within the system.

Step 2: Changing Jobsites

To switch to a different jobsite, simply select it from the list of available options.

Step 3: Refreshing the Page

Once you select a new jobsite, the page will automatically refresh to display equipment associated with the chosen jobsite. The selected jobsite will also be listed in the top left corner.

Step 4: Viewing Unassigned Equipment

If you want to view equipment that is not currently assigned to any jobsite, you can select the "unassigned" option from the list. This will show you equipment that is not associated with a specific jobsite.

Step 5: Removing the Filter

To remove the jobsites filter and view all equipment across your business, scroll to the bottom of the list and select the "clear" option.
