If you are assigned multiple issues on the same piece of equipment, they are grouped together on the mobile app so that it is easier to see all of the assets you have to work on.
When you are assigned to work on multiple issues, you will see a number count next to the word "issue resolution" in the top left corner. For example, on this JLG Lift, there are two issues assigned.
If you switch from the card view to the table view, you will still see the number of issues in the top left corner.
When working on an issue, at the bottom of the screen, you can scroll through the multiple issues on that piece of equipment.
If there are many issues, you can also tap the three lines next to the issue count to see all of the assigned issues at once.
As you document how you solve or don't solve each issue, you need to hit the send button for each issue separately. This way, you report your results separately for each equipment issue.
