This guide will walk you through the process of viewing your opportunities dashboard as a manager.
Step 1:
Start by scrolling through the left-hand menu and click on "Opportunities".
Step 2:
Once you're on the opportunities dashboard, you'll see three options for searching methods.
The first option is to search for your active opportunities. These are opportunities currently being worked on for the present date.
Step 3:
The second option is to search for overdue opportunities. These are opportunities that have passed their due date.
Step 4:
The third option is to search for closed opportunities. These are completed opportunities that you may want to reference.
Note:
After selecting the appropriate option, you can use other filtering methods to refine your search.
Step 5:
If you have access to multiple branches, you can select the appropriate branch from the drop-down menu at the top.
Step 6:
After selecting the branch, you can choose the desired time frame for your search.
Step 7:
You can then decide if you want to view opportunities within the selected branch or all branches that you have access to.
Step 8:
You can further refine your search by typing in a customer name, a model number, a serial number, a unit number, or any other specific detail in the filter search box.
Step 9:
Once you locate the desired opportunity, click on the appropriate button to access it. In this case, it is "Follow-up".
Step 10:
Inside the opportunity, you can perform various actions such as reopening the inspection, saving and closing, building out your estimate, viewing inspection reports, and more.
Note:
This example is based on a service inspection. Actions you can take will vary based on the opportunity type.
Step 11:
After performing your desired action, click on "Save", and then return back to your dashboard by clicking "Return".
You've successfully navigated through your Opportunities dashboard, and can now efficiently manage all leads in the ActivateOS system.
