Quickly update the location and meter readings of assets through the mobile app. This can be used for all assets, but it is primarily used for those without telematics.
To begin, locate the menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Select the option for quick update.
From there, choose the specific piece of equipment that you want to update.
Once selected, you will notice that the location of the equipment will automatically be set to where your phone is.
If possible, please update the meter reading to ensure accuracy.
If the equipment has an odometer, please update that as well.
Additionally, if there is a fuel gauge, please update its current level.
If you need fuel, you can request it at this point.
If you notice any problems or issues, please report them. Once you have completed the updates, press the send button.
This will update the system with the location and meter readings of the machine.
