Basics of how to report an issue through the mobile app.
In this video, I will show you the basic process for reporting an issue in the ActivateOS mobile app.
To begin, locate the plus button in the bottom right corner. Select "report issue" from the options.
Next, choose the specific piece of equipment you are reporting the issue for.
If there have been any changes in the hours or odometer reading, please update that information as well.
If the machine needs to be taken down due to safety concerns or if it is not capable of operation, toggle the option to indicate that the machine is down.
Now, it's time to identify and classify the issue.
Please provide a description of the issue in the designated field.
Optionally, you can also take a photo or video to further illustrate the problem.
Once you have filled in all the necessary details, hit the send button. And that's the process of creating an issue using the ActivateOS mobile app.
