Steps to find and share the inspection with anyone from the mobile app. Recipient will get link to inspection.
In this video, we'll guide you on how to share an inspection directly from your phone using the Activate O S mobile app.
Firstly, navigate to the 'results' tab at the top of your screen. Here, you'll find all the inspections you've completed in the past 45 days
Find the inspection you'd like to share and tap 'open'. Once it's opened, scroll through to confirm you're looking at the correct inspection.
To share this, hit the menu button located on the bottom right corner of your screen. You will find a share option here.
Click on share and your device's share tray will be brought up.
You can now choose to share this directly from the app. You can choose to send it via an email, or by any method that you prefer. The receiver of your shared inspection link won't need to log in to view it. They can open it directly in their browser on their phone, tablet, or computer once they receive it.
